Make delicious berry vinegar. Start with 3 cups of washed, dried berries (raspberries, blackberries, even strawberries). Place in a large ceramic or glass bowl. Heat 4 cups of plain white vinegar, stir in 1/2 cup sugar until dissolved. Pour over berries, cover, and let it sit for two days before straining into decorative glass bottles.
