This book will do much more than provide a catalog of recipes for the grill. It will help inexperienced grill cooks approach an intimidating medium with confidence, providing information on the essential (and not so essential) tools of the trade, as well as tricks and tips. The first recipe chapter will provide master meat recipes and the later chapters will use the cooked meats in recipes like salads, soups, entrees, etc. The two final chapters will cover 1) cooking in an emergency (like an ice storm where the power goes out for a lengthy period) and 2) kid-friendly recipes.
