Catherine Mayhew

Catherine Mayhew is wife to Mark, mother to Noah, and a life-long enthusiastic cook. She is a former restaurant critic for The Charlotte Observer and syndicated food columnist for the Knight-Ridder wire. She lives in Brentwood, Tennessee, where her deck is home to five grills. When she’s not grilling, she’s competing with her all-female competition barbecue team, Chicks in Charge.
